Our Annual Membership Meeting is Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 10AM, at the Fire Station. 

Come early to cast your vote to re-elect Tony Scalora to the Board and to approve or deny a change in our bylaws regarding late fees in Article IV, Section 7:  No fee will be assessed for late payment of dues. If not paid within ninety (90) days of due date, a letter will be sent advising of the cancellation of membership to the CBFA and no longer allowed the use of the ISO number to reduce homeowners insurance rates.

Voting starts at 7AM and will end at 10AM the morning of the Annual Meeting and the results will be announced at our 10AM meeting.

Tony Scalora was voted this year following the resignation of Frank Marsala. Thank YOU Frank for you time and dedication to our CBFA Board.

The election will re-affirm Tony Scalora to our Board of Directors. Mr. Antonio Scalora: Anthonio (Tony) and his wife Valerie are full-time residents of Coffman Bend.  Prior to retiring, Tony owned a successful salon business in Chicago for many years, and also started and directed a not-for-profit that benefited charities in the Chicago metro area.  Tony is an active member of Our Lady of the Snows Chapel on Coffman Bend and is a Shootout volunteer.  If you haven’t met Tony and Valerie come to the meeting and get to know them.

The annual meeting is a good time to meet more CBFA members and hear what our Board is doing and share any comments.
